I will admit, at first I was bored...

But for myself, and probably MANY other future reviewers to see this flash, the ending was simply perfectly timed and well intended, and really made my day to say the least. I only wish the execution beforehand hadn't hurt my score on this submission, but allow me to assure you that your clever usage of an infamous scene did not go unappreciated. Well done!

So simple, yet so classic.

This flash will always hold a place in my heart, because not only do I see my friend and I doing this EXACT SAME THING in college, the sound effects towards the latter part of the submission are just hilarious.

There honestly needs to be an MP3 or other downloadable version of this, because I fully imagine listening to it during car rides to wherever.

Well done, my good sir. Even though I've never played the game, you've succeeded in making me feel as though I've known it all my life.

So many ideas well executed!

The Sonic Shorts series has easily become one of my most well loved series in my list of favorites, if not solely for the fact that each one carries with it a unique air of originality that sets it apart from the others, even of its own kind. Despite the presence of memes in this edition that were more obvious than in the 2nd installment, I nonetheless found MANY parts that had me laughing out loud at the risk of waking the rest of my family (Fatman Botnik and Silver's Loopdilemna come to mind).

The art style may not have been as regularly impressive as the last one, but that was more than made up for by the sheer enjoyability of the submission as a whole. You can bet I looked high and low for that Tails Doll inclusion, and although a bit disappointed that I was not as scared as before (even with the pitch dark room I was in), I was extremely glad to see it had not been forgotten.

In all, a very great piece, one that certainly makes me jealous of all the people who make a good Sonic in terms of voice. If any of the authors for the next edition need a voice for a random (or perhaps more well known) character, tell them not to be afraid to give me call! XD

Quite enjoyable!

Normally I am not one to partake in crew flashes (based on past experience), but I can honestly say I fully enjoyed this submission of yours for a variety of reasons; the music choices were well placed as well as quite nostalgic (Super Mario RPG and Sonic Adventure 2's final scene them, for some examples), and the humour placed within was prominent without being too edgy.

Simply put, I'm impressed! You put together a very decent piece that didn't stress itself too hard to be funny, and managed to attain originality even through poking fun at the reuse of previously-made scenes.

Well done, my friend! :D

Thank you very much :D

Eloquently made :D

This reminds me very much of the days of old when the Monk joke was in full bloom, captivating us for well over 10 minutes before leaving us for dead with "I can't tell you, you're not a monk".

That exasperation was exactly the same thing I felt at the climax of this movie, which, simply put, means your execution was flawless. Although a short piece, this is one of the rare dialogue-lacking submissions that are worth more than a single viewing. Well done, my friend :3

Subtle, yet true.

That merchant certainly has no right to charge ME prices that ridiculous when I'M THE ONE going around having gigantic bugs flying in my face so I can collect PRETTY JEWELS to place in a LANTERN.

Seriously.

It's the Ganondorf Voice. Undoubtedly.

You could literally make an entire flash of just Ganondorf ranting about the most mundane topic and I would laugh my ass off, just because of how simply well executed his voice is; I can truly imagine that tone and grumble being placed into his sprite self, and it makes the situation all the more hilarious. Well done!

This flash certainly has potential...

However, I have to express some concern over your music choice. First off, I would have appreciated if you'd asked me ahead of time to use my music in your flash, but this is not for effort reasons; I would have ended up telling you that the music you were interested in using simply doesn't fit the flash's content, doesn't match the FEEL you're trying to create, and likely I would have suggested something better for your flash (such as Four Brave Champions by -Orr-).

I hate to say this, but it almost feels as though the only purpose that song serves within the flash is to help it get a better score by means of association; good song, higher scores, which means the flash itself is not fairly graded. I could be completely wrong about this, but at the moment that is what it feels like.

I do realize I am still fairly credited for this, and I will not be cruel in asking you to take it down NOW, although I may do so when you release the full version, but allow me to express that I was a little disappointed of finding this out via surprise instead of deserved information. :\

Kylehere123 responds:

Dude. I only choose it becoz it was playing when i went into the audio portal. It doesn't say anything about personally asking you? as long as i give credit ETC. . Anyway despite what i wrote thanks for the song, But it did not use to promote my flash.

You just said the song promotes the flash, so no fair judgemnt? the next time you do a flash animation, use no sound.

But thanks for saying it has potential etc. At least you didn't flame

I don't know why I laughed so hard....

...but something about this movie was just so hilariously simple and funny, I found myself laughing loudly. This is a rare example to me of a movie that doesn't need to be detailed to be enjoyable :D

Jimtopia responds:

Yeah, animatory venting is the best kind of anger management ever!
